Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Joe Dowdy, a trombone player with the Navy Quintet Southeast, plays his instrument during a concert at U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay's Windjammer Restaurant Sept. 25, 2008. The brass quintet played a variety of songs from marches to folk pieces ending the concert by playing each military service's song as a tribute to the deployed troopers of Joint Task Force Guantanamo. JTF Guantanamo conducts safe and humane care and custody of detained enemy combatants. The JTF conducts interrogation operations to collect strategic intelligence in support of the Global War on Terror and supports law enforcement and war crimes investigations.
