Col Andrew Adamich, the DAEOC Tri-State IRT mission officer in charge assigned to the 176th Wing, Anchorage, Alaska, during the site closing ceremonies at Cairo, Ill., June 24, 2019. The DAEOC Tri-State IRT provided military medical personnel with hands-on training experience by providing no-cost health care to more than 3,000 patient in the surrounding community. The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was established in 1934 by President Franklin Roosevelt.
