New York Army National Guard Spec. Joseph Ryan, the Enlisted Soldier of the Year for the 1st Battalion 69th Infantry,marchs with one of the two Irish Wolfhounds which traditionally march with the battalion when the led the St. Patrick's Day Parade in New York City on March 16, 2019.
