North Carolina National Guard Spc. Myiesha Melvin, a combat medic assigned to Charlie Company, 230th Brigade Support Battalion, documents wounds and treatment given to a causality during a mass causality training exercise at the Wayne county fairgrounds on Aug. 6, 2016.
