One Sailor can make all the difference

Hilbun comes from Fort Worth, Texas where he works as an administrative officer. This is his first deployment and he serves primarily as the aide to the command sergeant major and secondarily command career counselor to more than 300 sailors and president of the Petty Officer Association. Part of NATO Training Mission - Afghanistan, he provides essential administrative support to service members from several countries who directly support growing the capabilities of Afghanistan's national government.
