Petty Officer 3rd Class Adam Meyer, musician, French horn player for the Pacific Partnership 2011 band, practices while waiting at the docks for the bus that will take his band to a ribbon cutting event in the Kingdom of Tonga. Tonga is the first of five Pacific island nations visited for Pacific Partnership 2011 including Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste, and the Federated States of Micronesia.
