Pfc. Yao Amewu, of the 310th Military Police Military Police Battalion, pulls through the final events of the obstacle course as he attempts to beat the record time during a Fit Camp hosted at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, June 15, 2018. U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 333rd MP Brigade had the opportunity to attend the Fit Camp, which lasted June 2-16, 2018, hosted by the 336th MP Battalion. The battalion provided the Soldiers with training, coaching and mentorship for the duration of the Fit Camp with the goal of improving their physical fitness and educating them on proper nutrition, injury prevention and ways to incorporate exercise into their daily lives.
