PHILADELPHIA - Petty Officer 1st Class Pete Knorr, a coxswain at Coast Guard Station Philadelphia, provides a safety brief prior to embarking Rep. Charlie Dent for a tour of Delaware Bay, Monday, June 13, 2016.
The tour, hosted by Capt. Benjamin Cooper, the commander of Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay, was provided to give an overview of the Coast Guard’s multi-mission role in the region, covering topics such as maritime safety and security, response and law enforcement.
