Original caption: The National Archives observes Human Rights Week, December 10-17. Dr. Wayne C. Grover, Archivist of the United States, presides at the ceremonies on December 10. The ceremonies included an address by Adlai Stevenson, U. S. Representative to the United Nations, who opened an exhibit on "Eleanor Roosevelt and Human Rights."
