Royal Danish Army soldiers, left, with Task Force Al Asad provide instruction to Iraqi soldiers from the 7th Iraqi Army Division prior to conducting military operations on urban terrain (MOUT) training at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq, March 5, 2016. The small-unit military tactics training is part of the building partner capacity (BPC) mission, which increases the military capabilities of Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) to fight the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). BPC training is focused on combat or policing skills and includes: simple military tactics, instruction in leadership, ethics, the law of war, land navigation, battlefield medicine, counter-sniper tactics, explosive hazard awareness training, infantry skills, small unit maneuvering and combined arms obstacle breaching.
