Royal Thai Army Sgt. Panadphong Boonlorm stuccos the wall of a school building in support of Exercise Cobra Gold 2018 at Nongphipadungkitwittaya School in Korat, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 7, 2018. Boonlorm is an engineer with 3rd Engineering Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division, and is a native of Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand. Humanitarian civic assistance projects conducted during the exercise support the needs and humanitarian interests of the Thai people.
