Summary
Sailors assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 4, Det. Guam transit Apra Harbor aboard a Mark VI patrol boat prior to conducting a joint search and rescue exercise with the “Island Knights” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25 and U.S. Coast Guard Sector Guam, Feb. 23. CRS-4, assigned to Coastal Riverine Group 1, Det. Guam, is capable of conducting maritime security operations across the full spectrum of naval, joint and combined operations. It also provides additional capabilities of port security, embarked security and theater security operations around the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
