SANTA RITA, Guam (July 26, 2017) Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1’s Steelworker 1st Class Derek Foley, from Osceola, Missouri, cuts the ribbon to signify the completion of the project to expand an existing helicopter pad in support of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25 at Anderson Air Force Base, Guam, July 26, 2017.
