Seal Fitness Challenge - A group of men in a wrestling class

Aviation Electrician's Mate 1st Class Angelo Warnock, a member of the Navy Recruiting District Michigan Naval Special Warfare Scout team, observes a group of competitors complete in the sit-up portion of the SEAL Fitness Challenge at East Kentwood High School. Navy Recruiting District Michigan held the SEAL Fitness Challenge, which consists of a 500-meter swim, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups and a 1.5-mile run, to give people in the local community an opportunity to experience Naval Special Warfare's initial physical screening test.
