Summary

Command Sgt. Maj. Al Almeida, the command sergeant major for the U.S. Army Reserve's 99th Regional Support Command, flies in a UH-60 Blackhawk during an aerial tour of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey with Sgt. Maj. of the Army Daniel Dailey. The flight covered all areas of the joint base and was designed to give SMA Dailey an introduction into the readiness capabilities of not only Soldiers but the other servicemembers stationed at the post. The aerial tour was part of a two-day visit by the SMA which also included conducting physical fitness training with Soldiers and hosting a town hall meeting.
