Soldiers from the Virgin Islands National Guard join

Soldiers from the Virgin Islands National Guard join the Adjutant General, Brig. Gen. Kodjo Knox-Limbacker in a Master Cooperative Agreement class at the Joint Force Headquarters drill hall, St. Croix Oct. 20 – 21, 2020.
The MCA is the way the federal government provides funding for the local government to support the VING. The instructors of the class were Larry Schmidt and Paul Leveillee from the National Guard Bureau.
In attendance was: senior leadership, program managers, budget analyst, resource managers, auditors, Judge Advocate General, and state employees.
