Soldiers voluntarily line up to draw a lottery number and to support the airborne training exercise during the 21st Annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop, hosted by U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), Nov. 30, 2018 at Fort Bragg, N.C. Operation Toy Drop is the world’s largest joint airborne operation conducted by U.S. and foreign jumpmasters from eleven partner nations which allows Soldiers the opportunity to train on critical airborne operation skills, maintain airborne readiness, and give back to the local community.
