South Carolina Army National Guard soldiers work alongside
Summary
South Carolina Army National Guard soldiers work alongside search and rescue teams to assist local residents as water levels continue to rise in South Carolina, Sept. 25, 2018. Local citizens are cautioned to “turn around, don’t drown” if they come across cones, barriers or flooded roads when traveling in affected areas of S.C. The National Guard is partnered with many agencies and together are postured and ready for Search and Rescue operations as flooding is projected to continue in the Pee Dee region of the state.
