Spc. Aaron Hulse plays video games in the nearly empty
Summary
Spc. Aaron Hulse plays video games in the nearly empty U.S. Central Command’s Rest and Relaxation Pass Program facility March 11. Hulse, who came to Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar, from the 565th Quartermaster Company at Camp Adder, Iraq, was one of the final group of personnel taking part in the program, which has hosted nearly 200,000 military members and Department of Defense civilians from Iraq, Kuwait and Afghanistan since 2002. The program is closing because of declining numbers of attendees for the four-day pass program, which was down to about six percent capacity earlier this year. The last group was expected to leave for Kuwait and Iraq on March 12.
