Spc. Alexander Dyer, a member of the West Virginia National Guard’s 35th CBRN Enhanced Response Force Packages (CERF-P), prepares a gurney while participating in a response rehearsal on Feb. 3, 2020 at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, in preparation for the 2020 State of the Union Address. The 35th CERF-P is a joint-force unit comprised of the 130th Airlift Wing’s CERF-P Detachment and Soldiers from the West Virginia Army National Guard, who’s mission is to preposition at high-profile events in preparation to support civil authorities at domestic Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear or Explosive (CBRNE) incident sites.
