Staff Sgt. Brad Balsley, a Uniontown, a triple distinguished marksman and Pennsylvania native who is a shooter/instructor with the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit's Instructor Training Group, works with 4th Infantry Division Soldiers at Fort Carson, Colorado on marksmanship techniques. The week-long training covered a range of techniques from rifle/pistol transitions to various distance hold offs. Training Soldiers is a regular mission for the USAMU.
