Staff Sgt. Kiera Washington, Deployment Cell Operations Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge, U.S. Army Central, reads her a piece of her family history during the 245th U.S. Army birthday observance at the USARCENT headquarters, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., 11 Jun. 2020. Soldiers from the headquarters portrayed Medal of Honor recipients and spoke on their accomplishments.
