Staff Sgt. Scott Webster, 168th Air Support Operations Squadron tactical air control party, along with members of the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center fire department, 203rd Red Horse Squadron and Latvian Air Force fire department personnel, secure the aircraft arresting cable after a EA-18G Growler landed at the Alpena CRTC, Mich., July 24, 2019 during the Northern Strike 19 exercise.
