Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) suited astronauts Mark Lee and Steve Smith work on the telescope. Smith, standing on the RMS MFR, and Lee (left) work in the open doors of the +V2 aft shroud to remove the old Goddard High Resolution Spectrometer (GHRS).
