Description: Extravehicular Activity (EVA) 1 on Flight Day 4 to service the Hubble Space Telescope on this second servicing mission (HST SM-02). Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) suited astronauts Mark Lee and Steve Smith work on the telescope. Smith, standing on the RMS MFR is maneuvered over the Sacond Axial Carrier (SAC) Mulimission ORU Protective Enclosure (MOPE) holding a Power Ratchet Tool (PRT) and the NICMOS cryo vent cover; Lee still works in aft shroud.
