The 149th Lone Star Gunfighters honored their former fellow airman, Master Sgt. Matthew Vilsack, who was laid to rest at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery Oct. 23, 2019, by presenting his daughter, Maddie, and her mom, Jenny, with his Meritorious Service Medal during an informal service at the 149th Fighter Wing's operations building Dec. 3, 2019.
