The Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Washington Chambers (T-AKE 11) prepares to launch one of three BQM-74 targeting drones from its flight deck during a live-fire missile exercise, part of the at-sea phase of exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2013. More than 1,200 sailors and Marines are participating in CARAT Thailand. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Timor Leste.
