Summary
The Ohio Task Force 1 Urban Search and Rescue Team prepares to evacuate "casualties" onto their boat at Muscatatuck Urban Training Facility Aug. 15 during Vibrant Response 13-2. Vibrant Response is a major training exercise that trains approximately 5,700 military and civilian first responders. Vibrant Response is conducted by U.S. Northern Command and led by U.S. Army North (Fifth Army).
