The U.S. Army’s 7th Battalion, 158th Aviation Regiment conducts helicopter medevac familiarization training for Marines with the 4th Medical Battalion at the Combat Support Tactics Exercise on Fort McCoy, Wis., Aug. 13, 2019. Medical units, which included those from the Army and Navy, set up their own field hospitals and treated simulated casualties from throughout the exercise.
