Two paramedics prepare to lift an injured passenger on a gurney from the make shift casualty control point located on Patton Airfield, as a test for emergency services personnel during a mass casualty exercise, Feb. 5 located on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The injured are placed in the casualty collection point awaiting transfer U.S. Army Health Clinic for further care by awaiting hospital staff.
