Two Republic of Korea Air Force F-16D Falcons fly in
Summary
Two Republic of Korea Air Force F-16D Falcons fly in formation with a KC-135 Stratotanker from the 909th Air Refueling Squadron, Kadena Air Base, Japan, during a training exercise Oct. 8, 2019. The 909th ARS helps ensure a free-and-open Indo-Pacific by providing air refueling to U.S., allies and partners within the area of responsibility. The 909th trained with Republic of Korea Air Force F-16D Falcons as part an ongoing military alliance. The U.S.-ROK partnership is increasingly global in nature and our countries are partners on a broad range of security, development and economic initiatives around the world.
