U.S. Air Force Col. Andres Nazario, 17th Training Wing commander, awards Tech. Sgt. Joseph Washington, 315th Training Squadron assistant flight chief and military training leader, as a Master MTL in the Louis F. Garland Department of Defense Fire Academy High Bay on Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, Feb. 7, 2020.
