Summary
U.S. Air Force Col. James Sparrow, commander, Heavy Airlift Wing, addresses the men and women of the HAW for the first time as wing commander during the HAW change of command ceremony in Papa, Hungary, June 27, 2019. Col. James Sparrow assumed command from Royal Norwegian Air Force Col. Bjorn Gohn-Hellum. The HAW represents the operational arm of the Strategic Airlift Capability and is the world's first and only multinational C-17 Globemaster III wing.
