U.S. Air Force Gen. Douglas Fraser, commander of U.S. Southern Command, meets with Peruvian Minister of Defense Daniel Mora, U.S. Ambassador to Peru Rose M. Likins and other Peruvian defense leaders at Peru’s Ministry of Defense headquarters. Fraser conducted a four-day visit from Oct. 2 – 6 to the South American nation where he met with Minister of Defense Daniel Mora, Peruvian Army Gen.
