U.S. Army Central Soldiers and civilians along with members of the Kazakhstani army discuss Steppe Eagle 15 exercise scenarios, June 21, at Illisky Training Area. Soldiers from eight countries, participated in the command post exercise focused on staff planning using the Military Decision Making Process.
