U.S. Army Lt. Col. Joseph Hannon, chaplain, an individual augmentee with the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Task Force Duke, a native of Leavenworth, Kan., and U.S. Army Sgt. Raul Medina, a class parts non-commissioned officer in charge in the 615th Military Police Company and a native of Robstown, Texas, sing hymns together before a Catholic service at Forward Operating Base Goode, Afghanistan, March 28. Hannon travels five days a week visiting installations that don't have a Catholic chaplain to attend to their spiritual needs. His flock is spread over 24 installations in Khowst, Paktya and parts of Ghazni provinces.
