U.S. Army Maj. Gen. William Lee, the commanding general, 3D Medical Command, gains insight on dental services provided during the Greater Chenango Cares Innovative Readiness Training from U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Desireee Sanchez, the acting NCO in charge of dental sterilization for the IRT, both assigned to the 455th Medical Company, Fort Devens, Massachusetts, before coining them July 19, 2019, in Norwich, New York.
