U.S. Army Master Sgt. David Knight guides a forklift operated by U.S. Navy 1st Class Petty Officer Reginald Holloway during a Joint Task Force Civil Support equipment load out exercise conducted here March 20, 2013. The equipment load out ensures that JTF-CS is mission capable and ready to respond rapidly in the event of a chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear incident in the homeland. JTF-CS provides command and control for Department of Defense CBRN response forces to assist local, state, federal and tribal partners in saving lives, preventing further injury and providing critical support to enable community recovery.
