Kathleen Noel, a Sexual Assault Response Coordinator and native of the U.S. Virgin Islands assigned to 32nd Army, Air and Missile Defense Command, Fort Bliss, Texas, helps children prepare for an indoor snowball fight during the Holiday Festival at the Trading Post on Fort Bliss, Texas, Dec. 5.
