U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Manuel DeLaRosa and U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Colin Sudds, both assigned to the 415th Civil Affairs Battalion, treat a local man who was in a vehicle accident near Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Oct. 12, 2013. Eight U.S. soldiers assigned to the 415th Civil Affairs Battalion assisted in treating and extracting the man who was trapped under the vehicle. The 415th is assigned to the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa whose mission includes stabilizing and strengthening security in East Africa through military-to-military engagements with partner nations.
