U.S. Army Sgt. Cres Martinez, a carpentry and masonry specialist with the Washington National Guard 176th Engineer Company, based out of Snohomish, Wash., and Singapore Army Capt. Aloysius Chan, the Singapore Armed Forces engineering civic action project lead with the Singapore Combat Engineers, have a conversation at the construction site of the Bankrang School during exercise Cobra Gold 2020 in Phitsanulok, Kingdom of Thailand, March 2, 2020.
