U.S. Army Soldiers of the 346th Tactical Psychological Operations Company (Airborne), deployed to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, built bonds with members of the Uganda People Defence Forces this month during partner-nation training in the subject of military information support operations that took place in Jinja, Uganda, Aug 14-18, 2017.
