Andrew Workman, a cavalry scout with Apache Troop, 3rd Squadron, 4th Cavalry Troop, assists a Royal Thai soldier with an axillary wrap while practicing tactical combat casualty care during exercise Cobra Gold 2020 at Ban Dan Lan Hoi, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 28, 2020. Workman, a native of Joliet, Ill., reiterated the importance of applying constant pressure while wrapping the injury in order to reduce blood loss of the casualty. Cobra Gold 20 enhances military to military engagement efforts to maintain readiness and increase the capability, capacity, and interoperability of partner nations while simultaneously reinforcing our commitment to a free and open Indo-Pacific.
