U.S. Army Spc. Michael Jones, right, and Staff Sgt. The team attended a ceremony recognizing the transition of the Learning for Community Empowerment, a USAID-funded and U.N.-implemented program that promoted literacy, provided vocational training and tools and supported the development of community banks in Farah, to the Farah Directorate of Education. PRT Farah's mission is to train, advise, and assist Afghan government leaders at the municipal, district, and provincial levels in Farah province Afghanistan.
