U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Christopher Gordon, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa civil affairs specialist, discusses civil affairs pre-deployment training tasks Feb. 3, 2016, at Rwanda Defence Force headquarters, Kigali, Rwanda.
