U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Freddyjadar Mendezbernal, a communications instructor and translator attached to the Landing Attack and Subsequent Operations team, passes out medical information cards to locals from Izabal District who are visiting a local school for medical treatment. The Southern Partnership Station 14 (SPS 14) Medical Engagement team assists the Brigada de Infanteria de Marina medical staff and the Guatemalan Ministry of Health during the Medical Civil Action Program held at Esquela Official Ramal Milla Tres, Guatemala, Aug. 23, 2014.
