Christopher Conner, the commanding officer of Alpha Company (Co.), 2d Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion (LAR), 2d Marine Division, pins a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (NAVCOMM) on Cpl. Matthew T. Ubl, a light armored vehicle repair technician with Alpha Co., 2d LAR, on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, June 4, 2020.
