U.S. Marine Corps Pvt. Rusty Arbuckle, a radar technician, and Cpl. Jordan Randolph, an air traffic controller, both assigned to Marine Air Control Squadron Two, Marine Air Control Group 28, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, install grounding rods for an Air Traffic Navigation Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) during the tactical flight inspection exercise while supporting the Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) Course at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., April 11, 2015.
