U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Jason Kelleher, a combat engineer with the 271st Marine Wing Support Squadron, 2nd Marine Air Wing, out of Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., ensure a block is flush and level while building a wall for the pump house at the well site in Honduras Aguan, Honduras, July 24, 2015. The pump house is an additional project members of the New Horizons Honduras 2015 training exercise team were able to work on after completing their main project, the new two-classroom Gabriela Mistral schoolhouse in Ocotes Alto, Honduras. New Horizons was launched in the 1980s and is an annual joint humanitarian assistance exercise that U.S. Southern Command conducts with a partner nation in Central America, South America or the Caribbean. The exercise improves joint training readiness of U.S. and partner nation civil engineers, medical professionals and support personnel through humanitarian assistance activities.
