Eric Cheshier was awarded the outstanding citizenship award due to his act of heroism during a three car collision on a busy highway on October 17th, 2017 where he rescued a woman who presumably passed out in her car as it caught fire and recused a young teenaged female along with her younger siblings from another car as well.
